When does it make sense to have you customize my chatbot?
Our system is very easy to use. Your chatbot flow is created visually, but keep in mind that it's a very complete system with dozens of features and tools. So, honestly, some people don't want to go through the learning process and prefer that we handle it for them.
Also, if you're in a hurry to launch your chatbot, it might be best to let one of our experts customize and set it up for you. It all depends on what you need. Some clients have special requirements—for example, creating a ChatGPT assistant that needs a bit of basic technical knowledge, or more complex tasks like writing JavaScript to validate data (although with AI, these tasks are easier now), or even connecting to a database, which can be more challenging.
