This Privacy Notice outlines how Cloud Call S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter referred to as CloudCall) handles the personal data it receives from: a) individuals or entities that contact us through any electronic or personal means, and b) individuals or entities that hire any service (hereinafter, the individuals mentioned in (a) and (b) will be referred to as Client).
The Client's information may be stored in electronic and physical media (hereinafter referred to as System).

Sensitive Personal Data
CloudCall does not request sensitive personal data.
Requested Personal Data
The Client must provide truthful and complete information and is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data CloudCall has registered in its System.
CloudCall requests information to: identify the Client's needs; contact the Client by phone or electronic means when necessary; generate invoices and process service payments; quote services; offer additional services; invite the Client to events where CloudCall participates; and inform about platform updates.
Limitation of Use and Disclosure of Information
We use the requested information solely for the purposes described in the sections following each data list. We do not use your information for other purposes, except in special cases where we believe that sharing this information may help identify, locate, or take legal action against individuals who may violate the terms of service of any CloudCall-owned site, or cause harm or interference to the rights of any CloudCall site or its properties, other Clients, or any other person who could be harmed by such activities, provided that such disclosure is required by a court order to comply with legal procedures.
ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition)
The Client can access their personal data at any time within the CloudCall control panel, where they can modify, request the cancellation of their record, or oppose the processing of their information at any time.
Such a request must include the reasons for the revocation, accompanied by the Client's handwritten signature and an official ID of the data owner or their legal representative. Within a maximum of 20 (twenty) business days after receiving the request, we will address it and inform you of its outcome through the email address you provide for the response.
Consent
The same medium and procedure described in the previous section (ARCO Rights) apply for consent revocation.
Through this clause, the Client expresses no objection to the consent of the processing purposes previously described.
Information Sharing with Third Parties
CloudCall may share the Client's information with its parent companies and subsidiaries.
What Are Cookies and How Are They Used?
Cookies are small pieces of information sent by the website to your browser and stored on your device's hard drive. They are used to determine your preferences when you connect to our sites' services, as well as to track certain behaviors or activities within our sites.
In some sections of our site, we require the Client to enable cookies as some functionalities depend on them. The use of cookies will not be used to identify Clients, except in cases where potential fraudulent activities are investigated.
If the Client wishes to disable cookies, they must do so directly in their web browser.
Personal Information Protection
When contracting CloudCall services or accessing password-protected sites, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect registered information during transmission. We recommend not sharing your personal information, including usernames and passwords, with anyone. At all times, the Client is solely responsible for keeping their personal data confidential.
Confidentiality of Minors
CloudCall does not request personally identifiable information from minors. Minors cannot contract CloudCall services. If CloudCall identifies that any minor has submitted information, it will be automatically deleted.
Changes to the Privacy Notice
This notice may change in the future. If so, you will be notified promptly in the Privacy Notice section.
Acceptance of Terms
This Privacy/Confidentiality statement constitutes a legal agreement between the Client and CloudCall. When the Client contacts CloudCall through any means, this Privacy Notice is made available, and by contacting CloudCall, the Client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined herein.
Authority
If the Client believes their personal data protection rights have been violated, they have the right to contact the corresponding authority to defend their rights. The authority is the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information, and Personal Data Protection (INAI).
